Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase and the cost is fully covered by the customer. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After I receive your item, I will inspect it and process your refund.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping

$1 for 4x6 or smaller flat items eligible for stamp mail! $5-8 depending on weight or tracked rigid mailer shipping upgrade.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible, products will be shipped within 1-2 weeks!

Stickers will be sent with a stamp and no tracking number to avoid higher shipping costs, but you can upgrade to a rigid mailer for $4 by purchasing the "rigid mailer upgrade" on my store! 

Once envelopes and packages are mailed/shipped, it is out of my control - I am not responsible for lost packages or mail, sorry!

Packaging

My packaging prioritizes eco-friendly materials with reusable protective plastic sleeves/bags (I will shift to glassine bags for my 4x6 or smaller items after I run out of plastic), and I will be reusing packaging I get from other things, so if you receive something with different colors or brands, please be aware that I am doing my best to recycle and reduce waste.

Please note that acrylic keychains/charms have a film on the flat side that can make it appear scratched! Peel it off for a clean finish if you prefer that.

Custom Sizing

If there is a product that you would like to receive from me, such as a print with/without a border or a mini print of a larger piece, do not hesitate to reach out and suggest it! I may have the time to make a custom size/border for you for a small fee.
